Koukou Debut. What you see in my sig. o_o Yeah, teh main characters. I'm too lazy to retrieve links. >_>

It's a shoujo manga, yup. I seem to be reading alot of those lately, and hopefully I won't flood Anime Cafe with unknow/ known mangas never posted about. >.> But, this one deserves a topic. :D

Ok. My summary. Though, I haven't read it in a couple months..... rawr.
O_O They scanlated ch17.. v5. yesterday. >w< wheeee. I'll be reading that soon.

cough anyways... It's about a girl, Haruna... a girl in highschool ((note: Koukou= high school)).. her fashion defintely sucks. So, she tries to improve it so she can get picked up by a guy. But, as fate has it.. she encounters Yoh! A guy who has a great fashion sense and it great at knowing what others think. But altogether, she gets help from him to get a guy. But, under one condition, she isn't allowed to fall in love with him.
School Drama is envolved. Alot of the usual highschool b|tches. >_> This is a shoujo drama.. of course they're in here.

A Summary from Boku-tachi. xD: Haruna Nagashima gave her all to softball in middle school, and now that she's made her high school debut she's decided to give her all for a new goal. Getting a boyfriend and falling in love! However, she has one small problem. Since she never paid any attention to fashion or trend in middle school she has no idea how to go about attracting her yet-to-be-found love. But a chance encounter with with Yoh Komiyama provides her with the opportunity she needs. If he coaches her in how to become attractive, surely she can find herself a boyfriend!

And by teh looks, Boku-tachi seem to scanlate at least 1 chapter a month. So, have fun. Like other scanlations, have fun waiting. :D I think there's 6 volumes.. not sure.

Oooh, I love this series!
ahaha
and it has 11 volumes, and its ongoing, but they print a chapter each month or something inside a japanese manga magazine, so when the chapters of a volume are finished, they then proceed to put it together into a tankobon volume
i'm pretty sure anyways...
so if they stick to that pattern, then book 12 should be out around august/septemberish...
of course i can't read japanese so i have to wait for the english versions (4,5,6 aren't even out yet!! GRR)

I don't even bother buying the manga xD illegal downloading all the way <3333333 I've been up to date with the scanlations :] Which is at volume 11(yay almost done with the series )...not sure if anyone has read up to there yet but the girl with the glasses is freaken scary Dx

xD It's sad though...I don't like it when series end xD wow this makes me think of Absolute Boyfriend but I doubt the ending will be horrible like that 0.o


The author has already started a new manga but it doesn't sound as interesting as Koukou Debut :/ It's called Aozora Yell(Blue-Sky Yell).

Summary:
Aozora Yell will center on Tsubasa, a girl who saw an inspirational brass band performance at the finals of the Japanese high school baseball championships one summer. Tsubasa vows to join the band when she enters high school, and she happens to meet a certain boy there.


maybe it's just one of those wait a see kind of things :/ Though if anyone translates it I'll definitely read it O_o;
